More photos of last week's Induction at All Saints' Benhilton

Here, as promised,
some more photos from my Collation and Induction
on St Joseph's day (19th March), last week.
(Click the photos to enlarge them)

Friends from other places,
including St Luke's, Kingston upon Thames,
braved the ice and snow to attend.

All Saints' is within the Diocese of Southwark.
The Lord Bishop of Southwark, the Rt Rev'd Christopher Chessun,
is also the Patron of the parish.

The Archdeacon of Croydon, the Ven. Christopher Skilton,
is pictured here with the Bishop of Southwark,
and also the Bishop of Fulham, the Rt Rev'd Jonathan Baker.
All Saints' is part of the "Fulham Jurisdiction" of parishes and clergy.

Bishop Jonathan Baker had preached the sermon.
He is pictured here as the Celebrant of the Mass.

At the end of Holy Communion
I reserved the Blessed Sacrament in the tabernacle
for the prayers of the people and Communion of the sick.

L to R: Lewis Owens, Subdeacon,
The Lord Bishop of Southwark,
The new VIcar,
The Bishop of Fulham,
the Deacon of the Mass, Fr Philip Kennedy.

Chatting with the Bishop of Southwark.

The Bishop of Southwark chatting with Lewis.

Cutting the cake while the Churchwardens and others
look on at the reception.

Time for a few words of thanks.
