O God, who in the Blessed Virgin Mary didst consecrate a dwelling‑place meet for thy Son: We humbly beseech thee that we, observing the appearing of the same blessed Virgin to Saint Bernadette, may obtain thy healing both in body and soul; through the same thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee in the unity of the Holy Ghost, one God, world without end. Amen.
